Reviews about the WiseSteps® Student

This period helped me set goals to myself. I also had to think about past events and my actions. I find getting feedback very important. Positive feedback encouraged me to try harder, and I wanted to enhance my performance after the feedback I've received. When I wrote down my accomplishments, I noticed it cheered me up. That's why I nowadays try to notice my own successes too and not just failures.

WiseSteps reaches out and fits perfectly in the students' needs, where the average day of a student looks like a jungle of new challenges and demands. Noticing the successes in the fleeing situations and getting feedback from them is often considered inadequate. The WiseSteps application offers a powerful tool for this problem - peer support and -feedback! Taking the support team into supporting the student's studies means real power! For the mentors, the application offers an interesting point of view to the student's real feelings of the working day and the themes going on in the mind, which can then be leveraged diversively in not just personal, but also in group mentoring.

WiseSteps is an approach that leverages IT amazingly to support a student during his/her studies. An especially valuable part of it is that wellgoing aspects are noticed and students are helped to notice little successes and causes of joy during the working days. Seeing even small steps forward helps and attaches the student to believe that the goal is achievable. What we focus at grows and gets stronger.

WiseSteps applies clearly and conveniently the scientific research of positive psychology: small steps and sub targets, social support, positive and concrete formulation of goals, respecting the young and noticing the accomplishments, are important elements in improving efficiency and reaching goals. By showing respect and noticing even the smallest positive steps we can support welfare in the daily lives of the students.
